Director of In Vivo Biology

We are seeking a Director of In Vivo Biology to lead and design all in vivo studies at Evercrisp. This role is critical to advancing our receptor-targeted genetic medicine platform and preclinical pipeline programs. The successful candidate will oversee the In Vivo Biology team, comprising scientists and research associates, while collaborating with leaders across all departments. This individual will also develop innovative disease models to support Proof-of-Concept and IND-enabling studies and leverage a strong background in genetic diseases across multiple therapeutic areas.

Associate Director of Oligonucleotide Chemistry

We are seeking an exceptional and innovative thought leader in oligonucleotide chemistry to join our Chemistry team as we develop cutting-edge oligonucleotide-based drug candidates. In this role, you will lead the design, generation, and characterization of oligonucleotide materials to advance therapeutic drug candidates for rare genetic diseases using our novel tissue-targeting platform. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a strong blend of leadership and technical skills.

Senior Research Associate Cell Biology

Evercrisp Biosciences is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate to support our efforts in the discovery and development of next-generation genetic medicines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in molecular biology and cell biology techniques, including expertise in qPCR, cell culture maintenance and engineering, genome editing workflows, and assay development. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative programs targeting challenging biology in areas of high unmet medical need.

Director, Delivery Chemistry

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as Director of Delivery Chemistry, spearheading the development of targeted drug conjugates. This role will focus on the design, synthesis, and characterization ofprotein-drug conjugates, leveraging Evercrisp’s novel drug delivery platform or rare genetic diseases to advance therapeutic programs from discovery to IND-enabling studies. Associate Director, Protein Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced antibody/protein engineer with strong background in yeast display to lead miniprotein discovery and optimization at Evercrisp. This individual will implement streamlined workflows from devising discovery strategy to identifying leads, perform biophysical and biochemical characterizations of recombinant miniproteins and enzymes, and present key data and updates to cross functional teams and senior leadership for identifying lead therapeutic candidates. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a strong blend of leadership and technical skills.
